We are excited to welcome Mark Ingram to the Groundswell Startups Board of Directors.

Mark Ingram is a partner at Corridor Legal, a boutique Florida law firm redefining business law through efficiency, accessibility, and sophistication. Mark represents private companies, entrepreneurs, and investors in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, commercial contracts, and technology licensing.

Mark’s practice spans multiple industries: software, aerospace, telecommunications, health sciences, e-commerce, and entertainment, where he serves as a trusted deal lawyer and outside general counsel. Mark supports the Florida innovation community, volunteering his time and experience with like-minded community groups by participating in panels, lectures, and community events.
